More than just a venue rental - we help you every step along the way!
Reserving the Broadway for your own custom event is very affordable. Our rates for the Main Hall for a weekend evening start at just $2300.00 for up to 100 people. Expecting more than 100 guests? Renting the entire building for a group of up to 200 is very affordable at $2900.00 and lots of unique ambience!
Reserving the venue during the week is an economical option for your group or organization. Monday through Thursday evening rates start at $1800.00 for a full 7 hour event from 4:00 - 11:00 p.m.
Want to have a wedding ceremony and reception? For an additional $800.00, you may have the
ceremony and party all in the same location and have the added benefit of a rehearsal and drop-off time the day before the wedding, a wedding director to assist with the logistics of your ceremony, and a beautiful bride's room for your use.
Do you need a large private room for a corporate luncheon event? We have weekday rentals that start at $800 for a four hour block for the Main Hall.

Tables Chairs and Linens:
The Broadway provides tables and chairs for your event at no additional charge. If you need additional tables or chairs beyond our in-house inventory, we will make arrangements to have them here for your use. We have table linens which we provide for a modest rental fee and all tables will be draped when you arrive. The Broadway has a large inventory of overlays, runners, and specialty linens in a variety of styles and fabrics which will all be available at an additional charge for your ease of use. Remember that The Broadway will set up and tear down all tables, chairs and tablecloths on the day of the event!
We have an extensive list of catering partners for you to choose from which will provide exceptional service and tasty food for your event. Our partners are varied so you may find the perfect "fit' for your event!
Alcohol, Bartending, and Security
We offer choices for your alcohol needs for your event. You may purchase your own alcohol, and we can assist you in locating a professional, licensed and insured bartender to set up the bar and serve your guests. Many of our catering partners can also provide a cash bar for your convenience, or may allow you to purchase alcohol through them for open bar service for your guests. The Broadway can assist you in finding the best option for your needs.
All evening events also have security included in your package. The Broadway will hire an off-duty Tulsa Police officer for building and parking lot security during your event to provide you and your guests complete peace of mind!
Audio and Video Services
The Broadway also offers you choices in your audio and video needs. We welcome DJs to come in and set up their own complete systems, as well as bands with prior approval. To save time and effort, we can provide you with complete DJ services through The Broadway or we can provide you with a list of local approved DJs that have partnered with The Broadway for your complete DJ services. if you prefer to provide your own playlist, we have a in-house audio system for your use as well as wireless microphones for your own emcee or speeches, or a lapel microphone for your speaker, presenter, or wedding officiant. A ceiling mounted projector along with a drop down screen are available for your special slide shows, videos, or other presentations. Wireless internet is also available for your use.
Centerpieces and Decor
The Broadway has a large inventory of specialty wedding items, centerpieces, LED candles, vases, theme props, and other decorating items available for rent. We can help you design your centerpieces and have them placed on the tables for you when you arrive. We have many other items - just ask us about what you may be looking for!
