   Reserving the Broadway for your own custom event is very affordable.  Our rates for a Friday or Saturday evening NOW start at just $2000.00 with access to the venue from 3:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.(an additional 2 hours over last year's rental )  with options for extending the time.  Following is our pricing:

​Weddings at The Broadway

In addition to the basic venue rental, a wedding ceremony adds more services to your event including a one hour rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, ability to drop off of items the day prior to the wedding, a wedding director for both the rehearsal and the  ceremony, private bridal changing rooms, assistance with timeline planning and wedding protocol, optional wedding decor assistance, and all labor to complete any room reset it needed.

Tables Chairs and Linens:
The Broadway provides  tables and chairs for your event at no additional charge.  If you need additional tables or chairs beyond our in-house inventory, we will make arrangements with a rentall company to have them here for your use.  We have table linens which we provide for a modest rental fee for all weekend and wedding events (lunchtime events includes the linens with the rental) and all tables will be draped when you arrive. The Broadway has multiple overlays, runners, and specialty linens in a variety of styles and fabrics which are all available at an additional charge for your ease of use.  Remember that The Broadway will set up and tear down all tables, chairs and tablecloths on the day of the event!

We have an extensive list of catering partners for you to choose from which will  provide exceptional service and tasty food for your event.  Our partners are varied so you may find the perfect "fit' for your event!

Alcohol, Bartending, and Security
We offer choices for your alcohol needs for your event.  You may purchase your own alcohol, and we can assist you in locating a professional, licensed and insured bartender to set up the bar and serve your guests.  Many of our catering partners can also provide a cash bar for your convenience, or may allow you to purchase alcohol through them for hosted bar service for your guests.  The Broadway can assist you in finding the best option for your needs.

All evening events also have security included in your package.  The Broadway employs an off-duty Tulsa Police officer for building and parking lot security during your event to provide you and your guests complete peace of mind!

Audio and Video Services
The Broadway also offers you choices in your audio and video needs.  We welcome DJs to come in and set up their own complete systems, as well as bands with prior approval. To save time and effort, we can provide you with complete DJ services through The Broadway or we can provide you with a list of local approved DJs that have partnered with The Broadway for your complete DJ services.  if you prefer to provide your own playlist, we have an in-house audio system for your use as well as wireless microphones for your own emcee or speeches, or a lapel microphone for your speaker, presenter, or wedding officiant. A ceiling mounted projector along with a drop down screen are available for your special slide shows, videos, or other presentations.  Wireless internet is also available for your use.
